Tom and Paula Redding are the founders and directors of Mission Outfitter. The Redding's reside in Colorado and have been married for since 1974. Even before they were married their heart has been to be involved in ministry. They attend church in Bayfield, Colorado. Mission Outfitter’s moto is “putting feet to faith”. Part of their mission is to gather, train and outfit short-term mission teams. Their mission teams utilize Compassion Evangelism to bring the message of God's love around the world. Through construction, water well drilling, medical and dental clinics, sanitation projects, children's ministries, and drama evangelism their outreach is accomplished. It’s amazing what can be accomplished on a ten day mission. Mission Outfitter’s passion is to go and help people who otherwise couldn't get help. Their two main outreach initiatives right now are “Giving Water” and “Thrones for Homes”
