Island Impact relies heavily on volunteers, to conduct medical outreach services and work projects to the designated areas where the needs are greatest. Our volunteers donate many hours, to ensure we meet our program goals.

They provide skills and resources needed to give the in-country programs their high impact. Volunteers come from all walks of life and professions. Some are moms, some are surgeons, salesmen, teachers, audiologists, dentists, doctors, nurses, fire fighters and pastors. But all come with the same purpose, to make a difference in someone's life.
