Welcome to the Hackett Hemwall Patterson Foundation! Founded in 1969, we are a non-profit service-learning organization whose members dedicate their time and services to provide high-quality medical treatment to people around the world who are otherwise unable to afford medical care.

Our educational mission includes the training of medical professionals in prolotherapy, a regenerative medicine injection technique for chronic pain. For 47 years, we have provided internationally respected instruction in prolotherapy through annual conferences and hands-on medical care on international service projects.

We provide material aid and medical treatment, including prolotherapy, vein care and ENT procedures, to underserved persons in Honduras and Mexico.
